No, that's pretty much how I always am. There's a big difference in how you one looks flexed and unflexed, as well in different clothes. Diet makes a difference too. I sometimes purposely lean out, which can actually make you appear bigger. I'm about 196lbs at 5'9" there. I rarely drop below the high 180s and rarely go above the low 200s. In that mid-190 range is about right for me, because if I drop too far below that, I tend to flatten out, and if I go too far above that, I tend to smooth out too much.
I was trying to go for a more "normal"/natural look for the book, which is why I'm not shaved or tan or extra lean. If it was a harder core fitness book, I definitely would have tried to look more "fitness traditional".
