Redux: Dark Matters

Here's an interesting one,

They're trying to publish their SHMUP on steam/psn/xbox. It appears to be (mostly) complete. Instead of just giving away steam download codes they are actually selling boxed Dreamcast copies (minimum $55) and digital/boxed soundtrack CDs. For $1000 they will actually build you a joystick to play the game on the system of your choice.

Right now they have 383 backers and have raised $31,630. It looks like a lot of SHMUP fans out there are kicking in for the joystick.
