So you don't seem to need a dual analog controller stick to be able to play this. I wonder how both consoles will deal with the controls in real life. Seems like a must buy to me ;-) Can't wait!

true if you're used to dual analog sticks
True dual analog sticks might be the superior mode of control here, the DS might prove to be too cumbersome for people who've enjoyed the game on a PC, X360. But the prospect of being able to have a portable Geometry Wars is quite intriguing!

DS and Wii
The DS version could prove worrisome, since, while moving your finger or the stylus on the touch screen is a good analog stick equivalent, there would be no way to fire in all directions easily. On the Wii, there should be more versatility with the controls. In any case, probably the only game top-of-my-head that I'm REALLY looking forward to on the DS at the moment is the Civilization game. That won't be for quite a while though.
