Thanks, I guess I'll check

Thanks, I guess I'll check it out. I'm still up for hosting large files and archives on Armchair Arcade within reason (and "legal"). I wouldn't mind setting up an archive/downloads page.

It's funny, the actual "Bittorrent" app was passed by several other torrent apps for a while, now if you simply google Bittorrent and go to their site it seems what you actually download and install is uTorrent, this has become my personal favorite torrent handler but it just seems to be utorrent re-branded as "Bittorrent" not sure when that happened but yeah I guess I am using the official "Bittorent" as my default client....................

No, I mean what app do you use to download torrents? I should have one on-hand for stuff like this and that big magazine archive that was making the rounds.

I use utorrent. Best one I found back when I was comparing them all.

As far as torrents go, I still see most of them used for illegally downloading movies, games, software, shows, and of course porn. You also see people using it for music discographies (i.e., all of the Beatles albums, etc.) There are legal torrents, of course, but obviously that's not what's driving it.

Missed TV shows and well, things like this I guess.....................
Lot's of people still using torrents if the response I been getting is any indication.
