I agree. I don&#039;t think it&#039;s really necessary anymore outside of Japan to push a portable system, which is why this hybrid approach makes a lot of sense. If people want pure portable, they&#039;ll simply use a tablet or smartphone, and especially the latter.]]></description>

<p>I agree. I don&#8217;t think it&#8217;s really necessary anymore outside of Japan to push a portable system, which is why this hybrid approach makes a lot of sense. If people want pure portable, they&#8217;ll simply use a tablet or smartphone, and especially the latter.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m in agreement with you, Bill. I was skeptical about the Wii-U, which seemed gimmicky at the time (and I think it&#039;s lack of success has affirmed this). However, this &quot;Switch&quot; thingie seems pretty practical and revolutionary.

 I really hope Nintendo got it right this time, because the console gaming world would be a lesser place without a scrappy competitor that thinks outside of the box!  Maybe I&#039;m too old, though, because I don&#039;t consider &quot;portability&quot; to be a big concern for Americans, who are content to just sit on the couch and play games, rather than take their tablet-sized console around with them.]]></description>
