Apex Legends Will Add Two New Guns Soon?
The fans of this battle royale now have certain reasons to assume that some new Apex weapons should be added to the game soon. Recently, we could find the names, characteristics, and attachments for both guns that might be added.
The leaks say that developers of Apex Legends may soon introduce to us two brand new Apex weapons. Namely, these are assumed to be an LMG, L-STAR EMG and an AR, HAVOC.
What Are The Characteristics Of The New Guns?
A new Light Machine Gun, L-STAR EMG is expected to be quite accurate, and have a low rate of fire. It is predicted to perform well at longer distances and cause good damage (21 body and 42 head). The leaks also confirmed that it would have a single shot firing mode, 60 ammo clip size, and 3.26 seconds reload time.
An Assault Rifle HAVOC should come with two firing modes – a single shot and an auto. Its ammo clip size is expected to be 25, with 3.2 seconds reload time. It won’t bring as much damage as L-STAR, but it still has pretty good stats of 18 body and 36 head damage. At the same time, it is predicted to be highly accurate, with a high rate of fire, and suitable for different ranges.
What about available attachments for the new two weapons? Apparently, data miners also managed to find this information. They said that HAVOC could be compatible with Turbocharger Hop-Ups that can reduce the spin-up time and Selectfire Receiver that turns on a fire select option to give players’ full control over the weapon’s firing mode. Players should also have a possibility to apply this rifle with stocks and optic of different types. As for the new LMG, there is no information on available attachments yet.
With no doubt, the characteristics of both weapons look quite impressive. However, we can’t know for sure how powerful those new guns will be until they are actually introduced.
Should We Trust This Data?
There are always lots of rumors and leaks around popular games, so Apex Legends is not an exception. Often, it is hard to determine which predictions are false and which are real. All we can say at this point is that we can’t take these leaks for granted until Respawn makes an official statement about the new guns.
It will be great to see two more weapon options in the game. Besides, if the leaked stats are real, they seem to be quite fun. So all we have left is to wait and hope that this isn’t another fake.
At this point, there is also no information about the expected release date for these new guns. It is logical to suppose that Respawn will introduce some innovations together with the Battle Pass, which launch is planned for March.
