Legends Ultimate full-size home arcade machine now available!

October 25, 2019 Posted by Bill Loguidice News 2 Comments

The AtGames Legends Ultimate Arcade is now available. Initial roll-out in the US is at Sam’s Club, where demo units and inventory of this special edition is just now starting to appear. These machines should be at all Sam’s Club locations in the US over the next few weeks. Availability of the standard edition from Walmart.com is expected by the first week of November.

For those not following along all this time, the Legends Ultimate is a full-size home arcade machine. There are 350 licensed arcade and console games built-in, as well as all kinds of clever ways to play even more games with the impressive two-player arcade-quality control panel, which features two joysticks, six action buttons each, two spinners, and a trackball.

You can check out the full website, which just went live today, here. More content and features will be added to the site, just like more features and services will continue to be added to the arcade platform itself.

Since it's a full-size machine, it's comfortable for two adults to play side-by-side.

An official statement from the company:

“To allay any concerns and get the facts out there, I just want to state the following, so please help spread the word to those asking…

We’ll continue to supply both SamsClub.com and Walmart.com on an ongoing basis. Unfortunately, there was a severe underestimation in the demand for this product, so Sam’s Club stores are sold out and have exhausted all inventory.

Since Sam’s Club store sales for products like these are event-based, we’ll be able to supply more in-store inventory at various points in 2020 (likely starting Q2), but the best path forward is going to be the dotcom route. We want to thank everyone on here for helping make the Legends Ultimate such an amazing success.

And, of course, we promise to be here for the long-term and continue to support this product and future products. We have some great stuff planned for both this coming year and well beyond. We’ve been around for a long time and hope to continue to grow and support the community well into the next decade and beyond.

      Thanks again, everyone!”
