2023’s Coolest And Most Awaited New Video Games

April 19, 2023 Posted by Abigail Massimo Editorial No Comments

There will be a wide variety of video games available in 2023, from cutting-edge PC titles to endlessly entertaining and portable Nintendo Switch titles. Many highly anticipated games do not have firm release dates until at least 2023. Regardless, a lot of great games are scheduled for release this year.

See what 2023 has in store for the hottest new video games you can play and bet on at WhereGamble.com! So, what are we waiting for? Let’s go and check them all out!

One Piece Odyssey

This game combines the turn-based JRPG gameplay style with the crazy pirate antics from the One Piece series.

Persona 4 Golden

Persona 4 Golden combines Japanese high school life elements with role-playing game (RPG) gameplay, the supernatural, stylish aesthetics, and fantastic music.

Forspoken

Frey, a New Yorker who has fallen into the fantasy country of Athia, must learn to fight dragons, overthrow despots, and traverse the wide globe using magic and supernatural parkour.

Dead Space

Experience the horror once more in the role of Isaac Clark and a repairman turned hero who must defeat the mutant creatures plaguing a decrepit mining spaceship.

Hogwarts Legacy

Plunge into Harry Potter lore and pretend you’re a student at Hogwarts. Discover the secret behind your ability to wield forgotten magic, learn and cast spells, and travel to famous destinations.

Wild Hearts

A new action game from EA promises scary monsters and an intriguing Japanese style.

Tales of Symphonia Remastered

The classic GameCube action RPG graphics have been remastered to make this the best-looking version of the game ever.

Atomic Heart

In this dystopian art piece, mutant humans and mechanical horrors fought with melee and ranged weapons.

Like a Dragon: Ishin!

In this Yakuza spin-off set in 18th-century Japan, you play a character who is not Kiryu. Enjoy the antics of the series as you indulge in mischief, fight criminals (and kill them), and more.

The Day Before

This MMORPG occurs in a post-apocalyptic world where infected cannibals have taken over the United States. To ensure your survival, you’ll need to find your way around the demolished metropolis in search of supplies.

The Last of Us Part I

Play the original PlayStation game that introduced you to Joel and Ellie on your PC. In the first part of The Last of Us, a fungus mutation has turned people into toxic cannibals. Deliver your load while dodging gunfire and other dangers.

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty

Team Ninja brings their action chops to China for a fantastical tale of the Three Kingdoms. Improvements have been made to Nioh’s frenetic melee action, which now uses new weaponry, magic, and even aerial skills.

Fatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse

This survival horror game transports you to a decrepit sanatorium on the Japanese island of Rougetsu, where the specters of the recently deceased roam the night.

Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon

In this vibrant action game with a storybook aesthetic, you’ll relive Bayonetta’s early adventures as she engages in battle, solves puzzles, and discovers new areas.

Resident Evil 4

This triumphant comeback of the legendary third-person shooter features crisp action, stunning visuals, many monstrosities, and many camps.

Sifu

The surprisingly engaging martial arts action game is now available on Steam and Xbox, with updated arena challenge modes.

GrimGrimoire OnceMore

The developers of Dragon’s Crown are bringing back an old favorite—a real-time strategy game—but this time, it’ll look better, run smoother, and have a different aspect ratio. Balance changes have also been made to skills and units.

God of Rock

God of Rock reinvents the rhythm game genre by fusing fighting games and rhythm inputs for fast-paced, exciting battles.

Dead Island 2

After ten years, Dead Island 2 has finally arrived, and it promises to deliver more of the same brutal, imaginative zombie destruction.

Advance Wars 1 + 2 Re-Boot Camp

Lead the Orange Star Nation’s armed forces across grid-based maps, seize bases, and repel invading forces. These strategy games from the Game Boy Advance are being remade for the Nintendo Switch with fresh visuals and local and online multiplayer.

Honkai: Star Rail

Honkai: Star Rail is another attempt at success for Hoyoverse, a gorgeous turn-based RPG full of tactical elemental interactions. Set in outer space, you travel with the Trailblazer to many planets as they learn the truth about the powerful and terrifying seed of ruin known as the Stellaron.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor

In the wake of the Jedi purge, it’s time to pick up your laser sword and embark on a new journey. Learning new lightsaber stances and techniques will help you struggle against the Empire.

Redfall

Scientists have created a bunch of vampires by mistake, and they’re running rampant in a Massachusetts coastal village. In this multiplayer, open-world shooter, you must arm yourself to combat vampire ghouls.

LEGO 2K Drive

Enter the vast, LEGO-powered open world of Bricklandia. Construct a car of your imagination, customize it to your liking, then race it across a planet made entirely of Lego bricks. Imagine Forza Horizon if LEGOs had all the personality and imagination of Forza.

Final Fantasy XVI

Amidst amazing political intrigue and otherworldly mystery, the next entry in the legendary RPG series provides breathtaking single-player action.

Exoprimal

Use your friends to cover while you blast dinosaurs in this co-op third-person shooter. Compete against other teams as you fight off waves of scaly monsters and invade their games to threaten them in the middle of a wave.

Starfield

Starfield is a massive first-person role-playing game set in space, with political struggle and space combat.

Assassin’s Creed Mirage

Return to your former role as an assassin and eliminate Baghdad’s templar leadership.
