You clearly have very strong anonymous opinions. It’s of course not uncommon to pre-order stuff. The level of mismanagement with the people involved was definitely unexpected. It was not a scam in the traditional sense, but they did overpromise and fail to execute. With that said, at least they’ve been able to still give refunds to those who requested them, including me, and including for the empty game boxes. It’s not ideal and everyone should be more wary in the future with things like this, but it does happen and will no doubt happen again. That’s the nature of business.
