Playmaji has officially opened pre-orders for a phenomenal quartet of new Polymega Collection Discs focusing entirely on the archives of the legendary Japanese developer Toaplan. These discs, volumes 19 – 22, work in the Polymega Base Unit or Polymega Remix consoles.

Known primarily for pioneering the shoot-’em-up (shmup) genre and delivering pristine arcade action throughout the ’80s and ’90s, Toaplan’s library is the stuff of retro legend. These upcoming physical releases bring elite-tier arcade ports straight to the Polymega ecosystem, complete with high-quality jewel cases, premium inserts, and full color manuals that collectors adore.

The Quartet of Classics

The four upcoming discs highlight different corners of Toaplan’s incredible arcade run:
