Old School Gamer Magazine – Year Two Kickstarter on now!

August 16, 2018 Posted by Bill Loguidice News, Sale No Comments

The excellent Old School Gamer Magazine is back on Kickstarter for year two. While I always liked the magazine, I’ll also be writing what should be an ongoing series starting with their next issue. Check out the Kickstarter here, and be sure to also check out the free digital issues here. Your support matters!

From the Kickstarter and publisher Ryan Burger:

For the last year I have had the pleasure of publishing Old School Gamer Magazine and in that time we have brought in a ton of readers and subscribers because of our great writers who produce great content that “take you back.”  Now it is time that we are asking the retro gaming community to step forward and really embrace what we are doing and help us take Old School Gamer through the roof!

While we will always have free digital subscriptions, free doesn’t mean it doesn’t cost money to put together, and printing the magazine costs us even more. We are looking to kickstart Old School Gamer’s 2nd year by partially funding our operations for the next 6 issues through the unique system that is Kickstarter.
