What To Expect From Nintendo In The Future

July 14, 2019 Posted by Jane Smith Editorial No Comments

When it comes to gaming Nintendo might as well be viewed as the pioneer. If you are like most seasoned gamers you can probably remember when the original Nintendo console came out. Sure, you had the Atari before the Nintendo, but it was Nintendo that took the graphics and gameplay to the next level. With games like Mario and Mike Tyson’s Punch Out, Nintendo quickly grew as a household gaming staple. It is true that when Sony and Microsoft entered the gaming market years later Nintendo kind of got pushed aside. However, this doesn’t mean that Nintendo hasn’t done their part of releasing innovative games and consoles. Just look at what they are offering in the near future.

The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild

When most people think of Nintendo they tend to think of Mario. This is completely understandable as the innovative animation has been the staple of the company since the beginning. When it comes to the role-playing side of things Zelda is Nintendo’s staple. The Zelda series is without a doubt one of the most iconic that the Nintendo team has created and that is why they have chosen to create a sequel to their latest Zelda game. Perhaps the most interesting thing about this follow-up game is that it sets a huge tone shift. From the onset of the game, Zelda and Link will be thrust into an eerie crypt where Link suffers some kind of injury. That is about all you get from the teaser trailer, but there is no denying that this installment of the game creates a much creepier playing environment.

A New Animal Crossing

Who doesn’t love the quaintness and homey feeling that comes along with happy animals, calm villages, and impeccably decorated houses? Well, that is exactly what you get when you play games like A New Animal Crossing. Unfortunately, it looks like players are going to have to wait a little longer to experience this type of serene environment. The game was pushed back to March 20th, 2020 and players aren’t happy. Players might not be happy about the delay, but they are certainly intrigued as to the reasoning behind the delay.

The President of Nintendo simply stated that he wanted to avoid the crunch period. He didn’t want to put his workers, developers, and testers through the crunch period. He also stated that it was important that his employees experience a balanced work and home life. It is rare for a company to talk about their inner workings in public and there has the be something said about an employer that really want to better the working environments and condition of his employees.

Where Is The New Switch

The Nintendo Switch was released back in 2017, but it has since seen wide praises. There is simply no denying that the system isn’t one-of-a-kind. This is what threw most Nintendo enthusiasts when Nintendo showed up to E3 without a new switch. It’s been almost three years and there have been rumors that a new model was coming out this year, but why wasn’t it present at E3? There was no reasoning behind the disappearance of the Switch, but this doesn’t mean that there won’t be one. It just means that you probably won’t be introduced to it this year. At least not before the major holidays. To keep your anticipation at bay, you can take advantage of online gambling sites PokiesHQ.

Luigi’s Mansion 3

Luigi’s Mansion was never a major hit for Nintendo, but that doesn’t mean that they didn’t push it. And, this is one thing you have got to love about Nintendo. If they do not succeed, they will try and try until they do. It looks like they might have just done that with Luigi’s Mansion 3. The latest entry of the game not only looks amazing, but it looks generally scary. This edition of the game could catapult the entire series to new heights. For the previews of the game, it also looks like the team of developers did an amazing job blending horror with comedy. Not only this, but it looks like there is going to be a co-op campaign available as well.
