How to Play Money Games: Crypto Payment Tricks

February 1, 2023 Posted by Abigail Massimo Editorial No Comments

In the world of online gaming, there is a new buzzword that is hard to ignore – crypto. Some consider them to be the next step to ruin, and others can’t get enough of them. Where’s the catch, and can cryptos really be used as a way to outsmart the system and beat the house? How many different cryptocurrencies are there? Is it possible to have one crypto wallet for several of them? (Short answer is yes, check the page about CoinsPaid casino to find out more). We talked to Gilfred Helmonsen, an online gaming specialist and the mastermind behind one of the most popular sites devoted to gaming in the whole of Scandinavia.

“The thing about cryptos is that they still have a strong novelty factor, despite being around for almost two decades. They are not particularly new or fresh, but they are surrounded by mystery, as they are not regulated like fiat currencies. Pages about CoinsPaid casinos are noting increased traffic”, open is Helmonsen.

Why Use Cryptos?

Why should one use cryptos in the first place? The expert claims this is where the entire trick begins. As many authorities aim to control transactions, and bank list casino transactions for everyone to see, players have found a way to reach their gaming platforms through back alleys.

“Crypto transactions are private and discreet. All you need is a crypto address that is a set of random numbers, symbols, and letters. It doesn’t reveal who you are in any way, and never shows on a slip. It is impossible to say who is behind it”, says Helmonsen.

But how long will things stay that way? The expert warns many governments are starting initiatives to regulate cryptos, most frequently by implementing the taxation system. “Once the tax services hit you on the head, privacy is no longer there. We have to wait and see if this trick will stick around”, he’s honest.

New Opportunities with Provably Fair Games

Another trick in the book is playing provably fair games, exclusive for crypto gaming market. Basically, it is games that come with a special formula, any player can use to see if the outcome of the hand or spin played is according to the RTP listed.

Helmonsen is thrilled by this new and exciting feature but advises players it doesn’t mean they will win more, or beat the odds: “The role of such tools is to endorse trust between the company and the player. Just because the game is provably fair, it doesn’t mean you’ll win all the time, only that you can test the result. The RTP is still something to keep in mind, and a massive factor when choosing an online game.”

Judging by his words, provably fair games are created to give you peace of mind, and not to let you mess with outcomes and false accusations.

New Types of Bonuses

The crypto market also introduced new types of bonuses and special offers that can hardly be compared with standard ones. The casino expert elaborates that most real crypto-bonuses are based on the player’s activity and achievements, and less frequently on mere deposits. In his opinion, this is where being part of the community can be a nice trick to have on the sleeve.

“The more active you are, the bigger are the chances you’ll be able to take significant advantage of crypto-specific bonuses such as rains and faucets. Unlike regular online casinos, in crypto ones, you can be rewarded simply for hanging out with the right crowds, people who want to celebrate with you”, reveals the expert.

But in the end, he repeats the words of wisdom players often forget: “Don’t play with cryptos if they seem intimidating. Fiat currencies may work just fine for you!”
